This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for Infor Sales and Catering Solution. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this service, except where stated otherwise.

 

Infor Sales and Catering Solution is a software-as-a-service application sold by Infor to hospitality venues for managing catering and event sales, reservations and club memberships. Infor Sales and Catering Solution is not available to the general public and requires a subscription and a secure user name and password to access. “We” in the policy below refers to Infor and the Infor Sales and Catering Solution application generally. It does not include Infor Sales and Catering Solution business subscribers who are responsible for their own privacy policy.

 

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

 

We only have access to or collect information that you voluntarily provide us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

 

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

 

 

Your Access to and Control Over Information

 

You may opt out of any future communication from us at any time by contacting us with the information provided at the end of the policy.

 

Sharing

 

We partner with certain third parties to provide specific services. When you sign up for these services, we will share names or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

 

Access to Google Data

 

The Infor Sales and Catering Solution application provides an optional interface to Google Calendar and Google Drive. If you opt to use this interface, Infor Sales and Catering Solution will access your connected Google account as follows:

 

If you choose, Calendar events will be created according to criteria that you specify. You have full control over which calendar events are created.

 

If you choose, scheduled reports will be uploaded to Google Drive. You have full control over which reports are uploaded to Google Drive.

 

In order for the Infor Sales and Catering Solution interface to function, the following data is stored: The connected Google account email address (to allow you to see which account you connected), IDs for Calendar events and Drive files uploaded through the interface.

 

All Google data can be deleted from Infor Sales and Catering Solution at any time by clicking the Disconnect from Google button in Infor Sales and Catering Solution Settings.

This unique, process-driven lifecycle technology is customizable and designed to automatically prompt tasks to streamline processes, while eliminating missed details and mistakes.

 

What will this app do with user data?

SCS uses a customer’s Google Account information to sync event schedule information to Google Calendar, as well as to save reports to a customer’s Google Drive. We do not receive customer information beyond their account email address and necessary information for the sync, such as the list of existing calendars on Google Calendar and folders in Google Drive.

 

How does this app enhance user functionality?

Infor Sales and Catering Solution (SCS) interfaces with Google Calendar, so hospitality venues can automatically display events scheduled in SCS on their guest-facing event calendars. It is also used by SCS Users to automatically add events scheduled in SCS to their personal Google calendars, so all of their appointments are in one place. In addition, SCS interfaces with Google Drive to help support shared drives among teams to make scheduled report output available to the team.

 

 

Security

 

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the service, your information is protected both online and offline.

 

Wherever we collect information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

 

While we use encryption to protect information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
